They're distracted, we're distracted. I think it's input-fatigue; everyone is overwhelmed with news, tweets, whatsapps, pokes, texts, etc. Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07591359565328512445noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2878145139485098250.post-83619000748669861972017-05-18T11:21:15.648-04:002017-05-18T11:21:15.648-04:00Completely agree that it's difficult to reach ...Completely agree that it's difficult to reach reporters when just about every day the President upends the news cycle. He's done it time and again. That you can't reach reporters is actually a good thing. There have been a number of times when I've pulled a TV or print news story...or the station/media outlet has pulled it...because it would get zero attention while the world or industry is riveted by more pressing news with long-term implications. The story will get more play when the intended audience is paying attention again. Today I would bet newsroom chatter is about Roger Ailes' sudden death. As a non-US business owner, I think the magazine more likely to be interested in an international company would be Forbes -- as long as it could tell an investment-related story. Forbes seems to be more interested in entrepreneurial companies while Fortune seems to be more interest in large, US-based companies and in providing management insights. That said, BusinessWeek does look at international companies, too, but you'd need to be part of some trend in a country their reporting on. Good luck!Norman Birnbachhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05964900498679420101noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2878145139485098250.post-12001125127176468672013-01-28T09:13:22.978-05:002013-01-28T09:13:22.978-05:00Hi Norman thanks for the write up.
